The Cessnock Hangar designed by Peter Stutchbury Architects was a highly technically driven project. The project brief included construction of the hangar, car parking, landscaping, taxi way and fuel depot. This flexible space received the 2011 Australian Institute of Architects NSW award for Steel Architecture.
